Calibration Service

Any necessary adjustments will be made to ensure that the product is operating within the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all relevant standards.
A Certificate of Traceable Calibration will be provided along with an Exception Report identifying any parameters that were out of specification when the unit was received (if applicable).

For an additional fee (if applicable), a Complete Data Report can be provided, documenting the recorded value of every measurement taken during the calibration procedure.
(Not available for all products).


Repair Service

Repair service will be billed on a parts and labor basis and includes :

- All necessary adjustments and verification of performance to specification.
- Firmware upgrade and installation.
- Includes software upgrade on CD.
- No hidden costs or exclusions.
